On the night this charge occurred. I was arrested for drinking underage. My roommate whom I was accused of stealing from had a single pill of nonrecreational antidepressant medication (Zoloft) on my desk. This might seem odd, however, our desks were right next to each other as we shared a very small room. The charge was filed with no testimony from my roommate and was not backed by any evidence rather than a single pill being out on the desktop in our room. It was not on my person, in my system, or anything of the sort.
