Registered representative filed an application for a non-resident insurance license that included disclosure of a felony conviction on or about the year 1982. In that application, registered representative admitted in his statement filed with Section 1669(a)(3) that the Commissioner may, without hearing, deny an application for a license if the applicant has been convicted of a felony. It was subsequently ordered pursuant to the provisions of California Insurance Code Sections 1669(a)(1) and 1669(a)(3), that said application of Respondent for a license be Denied.
