SEC Admin Release 82668, IA Release 4855 / February 8, 2018: The Securities and Exchange Commission considered it appropriate and in the public interest that public administrative proceedings be instituted against Victor M. Dandridge, III ("Respondent").
On the basis of this Order and Respondent's Offer, the Commission finds that on July 19, 2017, Dandridge pleaded guilty two counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1343 and one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1344 before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, in United States v. Victor M. Dandridge, III, Case No. 3:17-cr-00083-HEH. On November 9, 2017, Dandridge was sentenced to 84 months in prison, and ordered to pay full restitution.
