Order Terminating Membership in the Wyoming State Bar

After working in financial services for two years, and with no intention of returning to the practice of law, I decided to end my membership in the Wyoming Bar and stopped paying membership fees. The Wyoming Bar administers licensed attorneys through the State Supreme Court. The Suspension is administrative in nature and only related to not paying the annual fees. It is not considered a disciplinary infraction according to the Wyoming Court Rules.

Montana State Bar

Pursuant to Article I, Section 4(g), subparagraph (i) of the by-laws of the State Bar of Montana, I was suspended from the practice of law in Montana for non-payment of dues. Upon payment of dues, fees and a $250 penalty to the State Bar, the member shall be re-instated.

Supreme Court State of Colorado

Due to failure to timely pay the 2017 active Attorney Registration fee required under C.R.C.P. 227(A)(4)(a), the Court ordered suspension from the practice of law in the State of Colorado pursuant to the provisions of C.R.C.P. 227(A)(4).
