WHILE SERVING IN THE ARMY IN 1995, I WAS INVOLVED IN A BAR FIGHT WITH SOLDIERS AND CIVILIANS. POLICE INITIALLY THOUGHT BEER BOTTLES WERE INVOLVED AND CHARGED MANY PEOPLE WITH FELONY AGGRAVATED BATTERY. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THEY REDUCED THE CHARGES TO MISDEMEANOR DISTURBING THE PEACE. I PLEAD GUILTY AND PAID A $75 FINE. I HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED IN ANY SIMILAR ACTS SINCE THAT TIME.
