Customer unhappy with the losses in their accounts over the last two years and alleged that the representative failed to follow their wish to have their funds in low risk investments.

The Firm completed a review of the customer's concerns and could not substantiate the allegations. The firm found that the customer signed a Transaction Analysis Form which outlined the account investment features and applicable fees and affirmed that the transactions were in alignment with the customer's investment objectives, risk tolerance and financial goals. In addition, the customer signed Investment Strategy Proposal Statements for each account which documented the investment profile, risk tolerance and asset allocation. Based on the documentation and facts surrounding this matter the Firm could find no basis to offer any remuneration and an explanation letter was provided to the customers detailing the Firm's review.
