Canter Wealth immediately commenced an investigation into multiple violations by Mr. Bernier, including breaches of industry standards, mishandling and misuse of sensitive and confidential information, destruction of firm property, failure to comply with record-keeping requirements, non-adherence to firm policies and procedures, and violations of Canter Wealth's code of ethics and privacy protocols.

After Canter granted permission, I downloaded personal files and deleted those files from the work computer. I suggested that Canter review the USB contents, which Canter declined.
