CLIENTS SIGNED INVESTOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORMS FOR THESE PURCHASES INDICATING THEY WERE AWARE OF THE APPLICABLE SURRENDER CHARGES, CONTRARY TO ATTORNEY'S ALLEGATION.
