FAMILY OF FUNDS THAN THE ONE THEY DISCUSSED DURING THE SALES
PRESENTATION AND THEN DID NOT PROVIDED THEM WITH PROSEPECTUSES
FOR THE FUNDS THEY WERE SOLD. DEMAND THAT THE ORDERS BE
CANCELLED AND THE $40,000.00 THEY INVESTED BE RETURNED.

THE CUSTOMER`S COMPLAINT DID INDICATE THAT DUE TO AN OVERSIGHT
THE CUSTOMERS HAD NOT RECEIVED PROSPECTUSES FOR THE FUNDS THEY
HAD PURCHASED. THE TRADES WERE CANCELLED AT THE CUSTOMER`S
REQUEST AND THE CUSTOMER WAS REIMBURSED FOR THE $3,968.72 LOSS.
