Allegations were that after speaking with the client, Mr. Miller completed blank account transfer forms that only contained the client's signature. Allegations also concerned Mr. Miller submitting inaccurate information on Firm records. These activities were contrary to Schwab's Workplace Behavior Expectations and General Correspondence Procedures and Supervision policies.

Terminated by Charles Schwab 10/21/2019. I had a four month hospitalization. While I was out, Schwab laid off 6,000 people, bought TD Waterhouse, terminated my Branch Manager and the top producer in Overland Park, KS office. The only other area office. They denoted "allegations" of finding a signed, blank, transfer form in my locked desk. I did not recognize it. I do not recall ever doing it, it was not used. The claim it was a "company policy". They make further note of "allegations" that I had falsified customer notes in our CRM system. After going through each of my transactions for the pas 2 years, they said I had requested that money be moved from one account of a client to another account of the same client, to establish a new managed account. It was a client's request, with full knowledge of the money movement. Company policy is the note is to be submitted the day of the money moves. I had put the note in the day I requiested the money to be moved. However, it sat in an approval queue for our operations department until the next day. I did not re-note the account. Again, a 'company policy' violation. As a result of these, they were able to give me a disclosure on my U4/u5 and say I was terminated for cause after nearly 25 years. This way they could terminate me without violating FMLA or give me over 500k of severance pay, etc. I was given a "key contributor" stock grant the year prior I also lost. I'd had no prior issues, violated no industry standard, there was no customer complaint. No license was suspended or revoked. They did not go through the desks or transaction of any other employee in my office. It appears I was targeted.
