CLIENT ALLEGES THAT FA VERIFIED TO THE CLIENT SHE HAD NO EXPOSURE TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL INVESTMENTS, THAT SHE WAS SAFE AND THAT WHAT SHE OWNED WAS INSURED. CLIENT FURTHER ALLEGES THAT THE FA FAILED TO LIVE UP TO HIS FIDUCIARY STANDARD AND WAS NEGLIGENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACCOUNT. DAMAGES ESTIMATED TO BE IN EXCESS OF $5,000.
