Direct Payment Procedure

During the pandemic I was divorced and made a terrible financial decision to use a company to reduce the amounts owed to creditors. I was told Comenity would issue a letter stating the balance was paid in full and the compromise would be removed, leaving my credit in good order. Compromise was agreed to on 5/1/21 amount owed was $2065.61 but settled debt by paying $826.24 on 11/28/21.
