I failed to completely review two emails that were sent to a client by a RR. I did not detect that the attachments were inaccurate in the emails. I reviewed the body for the emails, reviewed the attachments of the emails. (I learned at my discharge that the attachments in the emails were inaccurate.) My prior Firm utilized a system to block high risk emails from going to a client, and I assumed the emails would be blocked by the system if they were deemed high risk by the Firm. I did not benefit in any way from the emails going to the client. Additionally, I was not provided a copy by my previous Firm of the emails in question that were sent to the client.
