Prospera Financial Services failed to correctly register Mr. Schuller in an advisory capacity with the State of Florida when he affiliated with Prospera in December 2021. Upon realizing its error, which was through no fault of Mr. Schuller's whatsoever, Prospera self-disclosed the error to Florida. This disclosure and registration request generated an inquiry by Florida and the subsequent Agreement and Administrative Fine assessed against Mr. Schuller. Prospera was the sole cause of this administrative error and has paid the fine on Mr. Schuller's behalf. Mr. Schuller is now fully registered in the State of Florida.
