WITH REGARD TO A VARIABLE ANNUITY PURCHASED IN APRIL 2000, THE CUSTOMER ALLEGES SHE WAS NEVER TOLD THAT HER INVESTMENT WAS AN INVESTMENT INTO AN "IRA STOCKMARKET." THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ALLEGES THAT SHE WAS NEVER TOLD THERE WAS A FEE FOR WITHDRAWING FUNDS FROM HER 401K TO PURCHASE THE VARIABLE ANNUITY.
