IN A LETTER TO THE REPRESENTATIVE DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2001 THE CLIENT ALLEGED THAT SEVERAL OF HIS PROFIT SHARING PLAN ACCOUNTS DID NOT HAVE THE ASSETS TRANSFERRED TO THE MONEY MARKET POSITION AS WAS REQUESTED DURING A MEETING BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND THE REPRESENTATIVE ON AUGUST 28, 2001. THE CLIENT AND THE REPRESENTATIVE DID IN FACT MEET ON AUGUST 28, 2001 AT WHICH TIME THE CLIENT DRAFTED A REQUEST INSTRUCTING THE REPRESENTATIVE TO HAVE HIS ACCOUNTS TRANSFERRED TO THE MONEY MARKET POSITIONS. UPON COMPLETING THE PAPERWORK TO TRANSACT THE REQUEST, THE REPRESENTATIVE OMITTED THE TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FOR THE CLIENT?S PROFIT SHARING PLAN ACCOUNTS AND ONLY INCLUDED THE CLIENT?S PERSONAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. AS SUCH, ONLY THE ACCOUNTS UNDER THE CLIENT?S PERSONAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WERE MOVED TO THE MONEY MARKET POSITIONS. UPON DISCOVERY OF THE OMISSION, CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN.
