REGARDING THE COMPANY. ACCORDING TO OUR RECORDS, 400 SHARES OF WMB WERE
PURCHASED ON 8/7/01. AT THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTION, THE CLIENT WOULD HAVE
RECEIVED A TRADE CONFIRMATION. IN ADDITION, HE HAS RECEIVED CUSTOMER STATEMENTS.
